Preparation:

• Cook directly from frozen for best results.
• Remove all packaging before cooking.
• Oven: preheat to 200°C (180°C fan oven) and cook for 18–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
• Grill: cook for 10–12 minutes on medium heat, turning regularly.
• Microwave: heat for 1.5–2 minutes (850W for 3 kebabs), then allow to stand for 1 minute.
• Ensure the kebabs are piping hot throughout before serving.

Storage:

• Keep frozen at -18°C.
